- When ordering any package of services – the first meeting and consultation is free
- then you can pay for each stage in advance under the contract.
Author’s supervision
is conducted under a separate agreement with the schedule of visits. The cost of services is calculated depending on the number of trips to the object and shops / salons.
- telephone consultations free (for the first time builders need it like air)
- Once a month free (I’m interested in submitting the project as we planned)
- free if the object is within a radius of 1 km from the office (saves time and gasoline)

THE MAIN TASK is not to let the builders spoil the project!
- Under the author’s supervision, I control the quality, technology, procedure and timing of construction and installation work.
- I follow the terms of ordering and delivery of necessary materials and equipment, furniture, plumbing models.
- I participate in the selection when purchasing. Everything should correspond to the designer’s plan!
- Solve communication problems between customers and builders.
I control the protection of already installed surfaces and equipment during finishing works. - I will organize cleaning after the completion of construction works.
- My customers are insured against common construction errors and save a lot of money, time and nerves.
Terms
Exact deadlines are set in the evaluation and approval process
